1. Cancellation by the Traveler:

   • Cancellations made 45 Days or more prior to the start date of the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

   • Cancellations made between 45 Days and 30 Days prior to the start date of the tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

   • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 30 Days of the start date of the tour or for no-shows.

   • Any refund provided will be subject to deduction of applicable bank charges, taxes, and non-refundable booking fees.

2. Cancellation by the Company:

   • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.

   • If we cancel the tour, travelers will be offered the choice of an alternative tour date or a full refund of the tour cost.

   • We shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by travelers as a result of tour cancellations or changes.

3. Refunds:

   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 Days from the date of cancellation and will be issued to the original form of payment.

   • Refunds will be subject to deduction of applicable cancellation fees as per the above policy.

4. Change of Tour Date:

   • Travelers may request a change of tour date subject to availability and approval by the company.

   • A change fee may apply for tour date changes made within 30 Days of the original tour date.

5. Force Majeure:

   • We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
